Stack Up Support for Home Bound Meals
Join us for one of Hendersonville Home Bound Meals Program’s favorite annual traditions! Enjoy a pancake breakfast, browse a great selection of donated auction items and help support the neighbors served by Home Bound Meals.
ONLINE AUCTION
Most auction items will be available exclusively through BiddingOwl. Online bidding opens Saturday, October 17 and closes at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 31.
You can browse and bid from a phone, tablet or computer. No app is required. Items shown on BiddingOwl must be bid on through BiddingOwl, including during the Pancake Breakfast.
New items may be added after the online auction opens, so check back often.
PAPER-ONLY SILENT AUCTION AT THE EVENT
A separate selection of auction items will use traditional paper bid sheets and will be available only at the event from 7:00-11:00 AM on October 31.
Paper-auction items are completely separate from BiddingOwl and will not appear on the online auction site.
NEED HELP BIDDING?
Volunteers will be available at the event to help guests register, locate auction items and place mobile bids. We will also have a bidder-help table for anyone who needs assistance using BiddingOwl.
EVENT ADMISSION
Event admission is $5 per person, and the pancake breakfast is included. The admission charge applies to guests attending the in-person event; you do not need to pay event admission to participate in the online auction from home.
PAYMENT & ITEM PICKUP
Online-auction winners may complete payment through the BiddingOwl checkout when available or use approved payment options at the event checkout table. Paper-auction items will be checked out separately at the event and will not be processed through BiddingOwl.
If you are at the event, please pick up winning items by 12:00 PM whenever possible.
Items not picked up at the event will be available during the following week at:

Items not picked up within one week may be offered to the next highest bidder.
DONATE TO THE SILENT AUCTION
We are accepting:
• Themed gift baskets – complete, wrapped and ready to auction
• Standalone specialty or handcrafted items
• Gift cards and gift certificates for goods or services
• Vacation and experience packages
• Event tickets
Please do not donate loose items for HBMP volunteers to assemble into baskets. All donations should be complete and ready for auction presentation.
Donation deadline: Thursday, October 15, 2026.
Items received after October 17 may still be accepted as space allows. HBMP will determine whether a late item is best suited for the BiddingOwl online auction or the separate paper-only auction.
